ATHX Consists of:
- 30 minutes warm up zone
- 20 minutes Strength Zone - Workout 1
- 10 minutes Refuel Zone
- 30 minutes Endurance Zone - Workout 2
- 30 minutes Recovery Zone
- 30 minutes METCON X Zone - Workout 3
The ATHX Workouts:
- Workout 1 - Strength
- Back Squat - 5 rep max
- Strict Press - 10 rep max
- Workout 2 - Endurance
- 12min Max distance run on athx track (Looped Run)
- 12min Max distance bike-ERG
- Workout 2 - METCON
- 50 Calorie Row
- 40 x Dual DB Thruster (20/12.5kg dumbbell)
- 30 x Box jump over (24/20 inch box)
- 20 x Syncro Burpess
- 10 x Sandbag Ground to Shoulder (40/30kg)
- 20 x Syncro Burpess
- 30 x Box jump over (24/20 inch box)
- 40 x Dual DB Thruster (20/12.5kg dumbbell)
