What is ATHX?

An iconic 2.5hr fitness challenge like no other.

ATHX Consists of:

  • 30 minutes warm up zone
  • 20 minutes Strength Zone - Workout 1
  • 10 minutes Refuel Zone
  • 30 minutes Endurance Zone - Workout 2
  • 30 minutes Recovery Zone
  • 30 minutes METCON X Zone - Workout 3

The ATHX Workouts:

  1. Workout 1 - Strength
    • Back Squat - 5 rep max
    • Strict Press - 10 rep max
  2. Workout 2 - Endurance
    • 12min Max distance run on athx track (Looped Run)
    • 12min Max distance bike-ERG
  3. Workout 2 - METCON
    • 50 Calorie Row
    • 40 x Dual DB Thruster (20/12.5kg dumbbell)
    • 30 x Box jump over (24/20 inch box)
    • 20 x Syncro Burpess
    • 10 x Sandbag Ground to Shoulder (40/30kg)
    • 20 x Syncro Burpess
    • 30 x Box jump over (24/20 inch box)
    • 40 x Dual DB Thruster (20/12.5kg dumbbell)
    • 50 Calorie Row
