What is Level Seven?

7 Levels 7 Workouts 7 x 450m Run

LEVEN SEVEN combines both running & functional workout stations, where your race against the clock to complete seven endurance-based workouts back-to-back to test strength, stamina, and determination, with a 450m run between each Level.

Perfect for both professional athletes, and everyday fitness enthusiasts. This truly is a hybrid fitness race like no other!

Level Seven Workouts:

  1. Level One:
    • Row 70 cals
    • 14 D-Ball Over the Shoulder (25/15kg)
    • 7 D-Ball Box Step Overs
  2. Level Two:
    • 70 Wall Balls - 7 Rounds with 70m sprint (9/6kg)
  3. Level Three: 70 Calories Ski ERG split into 7 rounds
    • 10 calories on the ERG
    • 35m Burpee Broad Jump
    • 35m Sprint to ERG
  4. Level Four:
    • 70 Metre Sandbag Lunge (30/20kg)
  5. Level Five:
    • 70 Calories on the bike ERG
    • 70m Kettlebell Farmer Carry (2 x 24/16kg kettlebell)
  6. Level Six:
    • 70 Single Dumbbell Devil's Press - 7 rounds of 10, move 10m each round (22.5kg/15kg)
    • Level Seven:
      • 70 Metre Tractor Tyre Flip (80-100/60-80kg)

Athletes can compete in different divisions including solo, mixed pair, and same sex teams.
